Top 21 Tech Screwups of 2006

      PC World has listed (and described) the top 21 technology screwups of 2006. Among the many chosen were exploding batteries, the Zune, and corporate spying. Not surprisingly, Microsoft is on this list more than once (so is Apple, but Microsoft's blunders are far worse).
