According to the CNet News Blog and Newsweek, the amount of active blogs has decreased significantly compared to the total number of blogs tracked by Technorati. The article has some quotes from different sources as to their reactions on the matter and why this is happening.

I've got a question to any of my readers: Do you have a blog? If so, do you regularly maintain it? If you don't have one or you did and you stopped blogging - why? I'd love to know.
